Dental 3D Printers
Dental 3D printers are additive manufacturing devices — most commonly DLP, SLA, or MSLA/LCD systems — that build physical objects layer by layer from a digital design file, using photopolymer resin cured by light. In the digital workflow, printers fabricate diagnostic and working models, surgical guides, orthodontic appliances, splints, temporary crowns and bridges, denture bases, and castable patterns for metal or ceramic restorations. Printer selection depends on required accuracy, build volume, and resin compatibility, and printed parts require post-processing — washing and light-curing — before they are ready for clinical or laboratory use.
