Ceramic Furnaces
Ceramic furnaces are programmable heating chambers used to fire, sinter, press, and glaze dental ceramics under precise temperature, vacuum, and pressure control. They support multiple stages of the ceramic workflow: bisque and glaze firing of layered porcelain on PFM and all-ceramic restorations, high-temperature sintering of zirconia frameworks, and heat-pressing of lithium disilicate or leucite-reinforced ingots into crown and veneer patterns. Accurate, repeatable firing cycles are critical, since small temperature or timing deviations can affect shade, strength, and marginal fit, making the furnace one of the most important capital equipment items in a ceramics-focused laboratory.
