Laboratory Vibrators

Laboratory vibrators are bench units that apply controlled vibration to a container of gypsum stone or investment material as it is poured into an impression or flask, releasing trapped air bubbles before the material sets. Bubble-free pours are critical to producing accurate, void-free study and working models, since surface voids can distort margins and occlusal detail used in subsequent design and fabrication steps. As a simple but essential tool at the model-pouring stage, vibrators support the accuracy of both conventional analog workflows and the physical models later digitized for CAD/CAM
