Zirconia Layering Porcelain
Zirconia layering porcelain is a veneering ceramic formulated to bond to zirconia frameworks and copings, applied in successive dentin and enamel layers to add the shade gradation and translucency that monolithic zirconia alone cannot fully replicate. Used for anterior and esthetically demanding zirconia-based crowns and bridges, layering porcelain must be matched to the framework's thermal expansion coefficient to prevent chipping or delamination during function. This category lets technicians combine the high strength of a zirconia substructure with natural, layered esthetics for demanding restorative cases.
